Any bonuses or promotions received are subject to the applicable rollover requirements. Users agree to fulfil those conditions before making any related fund withdrawals.
The sp1 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. sp1 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform at any time. sp1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or betting outcomes.
Sp1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is suspected fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or for internal operational reasons. Where closure is not due to a user breach, any valid account balance will be returned after the review is completed.
All content on the sp1 platform, including logos, interface designs, text, and software, is the property of sp1 or the respective content providers. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The sp1 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. sp1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing those links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Sp1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the sp1 website. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or excluded to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
